Southall are off to ground-share with Uxbridge for the 2026/27 season: link here.

Good luck to them, see you next season at Honeycroft!

Maybe another team will play at the SkyEx and hopefully this will allow the women's team more opportunity to play on the main pitch.

Wow, Southall are really getting about in their tour of home grounds.

I feel for them. As we know ourselves, once your home ground is sold and you become nomads, it's a tough way back. For them it's been an incredibly long time away and they've done well to keep going all this time. Many haven't been so lucky.

That said, will be nice to visit Uxbridge next season (hopefully a derby around Christmas). Looks like they've done a fantastic job in revamping it there in the last 2-3 years.

Southall have been homeless must be 40 years now, Western Road closed late 80s I would guess.

Thought this ground share would be the best for them geographically but their home crowds haven’t seen any kind of up lift. Guess after that many years of bouncing ground to ground the support just isn’t there anymore.

See a comment online about Hayes not being a great match day experience for their supporters!!!

I understand why the comment was made!!!

Visually impressive as the stand is there seems to be a lack of identity to the ground. No links to either clubs past achievements/players or memories. Most non league clubs have old ground photos or players shirts. History related seasons.
Brings its own character identity to the bar area adds nostalgia. There never seems to be any atmosphere before games it all seems a rather muted affair!!!
